UiTM - 10% for Non-Bumi ?

The latest issues regarding the quota 10% for non-bumi in UiTM is not a new big thing which coming from the Tan Sri Khalid (PKR) .This things have been announce by the the UMNO leader a few years back. Easy to say.. ' Melayu mudah lupa' , that's the terms which suit to the rakyat Malaysia.. I have made some research to the news archive and i found this
